Details of Mentorship

Bonus

peer bonus points and  public recognition (meetings, public channels)

Duration

between 3 months to a year per person- after 1 year move to another mentor, take a break or become a mentor

Conditions

peer bonus points allocated based on the manager's feedback and visibility to this extra activity proportional to the performance of the mentee (KPI for the month)

Performance improvement 

to be defined on the specific performance improvement case

Availability

for all AirportLabs employees

Obligation

AirportLabs employees have the option to NOT be mentors/ mentees if they don’t want to
